An bespoke kitchen and island designed for an extraordinary contemporary build based on a wide glass facia and copper roofs, built into the wall of an old kitchen garden. The island dominated scheme makes the large space less intimidating. The island was created at two levels to seat a number of grand children! A stunning bank of tall, maple cabinetry provided a striking contrast to the remainder of the painted furniture. A welcome challenge to build a family kitchen within this stunning space. One entire glass wall from floor to ceiling drove the layout creating a horseshoe in front of the windows. Masses of space for young children away from the “engine room” cooking area. Tons of energy from a serious island giving a unique and modern feel befitting the eclectic nature of the house build.

“Patrick Porter and his team interpreted our ideas and requirements for the kitchen in our newly built, contemporary, split level bungalow to perfection. I could not fault the quality, attention to detail and flexibility he and his team showed at every stage of the installation. The kitchen performs as well today as it did when first installed and I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone considering a new kitchen, irrespective of it being a new build or a replacement.”
